The Amount of Resignation Has Increased for Eight Month.
The economic growth is getting better this year, so the amount of people who quit because they are not satisfied with their job is consecutively increasing for eight month. The amount of resignation is 153,000 in August, and it records the highest number.
Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistic, Executive Yuan indicated that people always change their job after they get the annual bonus, so the resignation rate is getting lower in the latter year, but the recent condition is different.
1111 Job Bank indicated that workers endured much pressure in the past two years. The pressure came from the uncertain feeling of layoff and the overloaded task which is the result of some of their colleagues were fired in the financial crisis. Therefore, they decided to leave the company and look for a better working condition when they have some savings and the job market is improving.
