Enforcement Rules of Personal Information Protection Law Will Be Finished by the Year-end.
Personal information bill was passed on April, 2010. Without the implementation regulations, Enterprises still do not know how to comply with the law, but it will be finished by the end of this year. Ministry of Economic Affairs is actively constructing the supporting measures now.
