Minimum Wage Increases by 5.03%, a 900 Dollar Increase to 18780 Dollars
After a 6 hour meeting, the Council of Labor Affairs has announced an adjustment of the minimum wage from 17880 dollars to 18780 dollars, which is a 900 dollar (5.03%) increase. The hourly wage has also risen from 98 dollars to 103 dollars. It will be effective starting on 1st Jan., 2012.
