Sample I
The employee shall be responsible for his personal taxes and other statutory payments such as obligatory social security contributions imposed on employee, based o salary and other benefits stipulated in the contract.
Sample II
The Company shall not be liable for social security or payment of taxes unless under instruction form the Government. You shall be personally liable to complete any required Taiwanese tax returns and to discharge your Taiwanese tax liabilities.
