The Average Starting Salary of University Graduates increased 400 NTD
According to a survey hold by 104 Job Bank, the average starting salary of postgraduates is 31,813 NTD, which is 4.2% more than in the same period of last year. The average starting salary of graduates increased from 27,252 NTD last year to 27,652 NTD this year. The average starting salary of academic students is 25,410 NTD, increasing only 0.8% from last year.

Although the job vacancies are much more than the same period in last year, and the average starting salary also increases, 70% companies are worrying about the recruiting cycle is getting longer. For example, the average recruiting cycle is 41.46 days for Research & Development talent.
