33,000 Dispatch Job Opportunities in April

The job opportunities are total 326,000 in the market in April, and 33,000 jobs are temp jobs. The demand of temp staff increases most in the sales position of financial & insurance Industry, and the operating technician position of electronic & information industry and manufacturing industry.

However, the Council of Labor Affairs (CLA) might amend the act, to make ”the proportion of dispatch workers can’t exceed 10% of total employee numbers” and “the working enterprise could not assign the particular dispatch worker from dispatch agency.” According to a survey hold by 104 Job bank, 29% interviewers believe that the quantity of job vacancy will not change, 26% interviewers think the quantity will decrease, and only 20% think the quantity will increase.

The dispatch workers are welcome to the act amendment because their rights and interests could be strengthened by the act. But the dispatch workers worry that companies would be less flexible in making employing decision, and reduce the number and choice of employment opportunities.

Part of the temp staff has higher salary than principal staff does. For example, some companies spend 60,000 NTD to hire a software engineering temp staff.
