The Yearend Bonus is Around 1.43 Months
According to DGBAS’ survey, the average non-recurring salary of Jan.2010~Feb.2010 is around 51,620 NTD, which is about 1.43 months of average regular salary. Although it is higher than 1.23 months of last year, it is still lower than 1.51 months of the year before financial crisis.
By industry, the highest yearend bonus is 3.59 months in electricity and gas supply industry, the second is 2.58 months in financial industry. The yearend bonuses in IT industry and manufacturing industry are also above average.
