Sample I
Transport Allowance: NT$__________ per month
Annual Leave: For the first three years of continuous employment, 10 days annual leave will be provided to all employees. After three years of continuous employment, 15 days of annual leave may be taken. Annual leave may not be carried forward from year to year thus unused annual leave is forfeited. Annual leave may be taken after 90 days employment with the approval of local management.
Sick Leave: Up to 30 days sick leave at half-pay may be taken each calendar year. Management may, but is not required to, request a formal medical certificate after sick leave is taken.
Marriage Leave: Up to 8 days paid marriage leave may be taken to celebrate a first marriage.
Bereavement Leave: In the event of the death of an immediate relative to include, Spouse, Parent, Grandparent, Parent-in-law, Child, Sibling, Sibling-in-law, 5 days paid leave may be taken.
Holidays: (company name) recognizes the (number) National Holidays as depicted under the Labor Standards Law. Each January an official holiday calendar will be published by the senior manager in the facility.
In addition, you will be eligible for company provided medical and insurance programs.
Sample II
Salary
Insurance: Both the employer and employee shall be responsible for health and labor insurance in accordance with governmental health and labor insurance regulations. Any additional business assignment travel insurance for the employee can be practiced individually as agreed by the employer and employee.
Annual Leave: The employee is entitled to annual leave in accordance with the practice of (company name), i.e. 12 working days annually, on incremental basis according to schedule.
Pension Benefits: The social security scheme of Taiwan is valid for employee during the service, based on the Statutory Retirement Fund Regulation in force.
Sample III
Car Allowance: NT$_______ per month (includes gas, maintenance, insurance and depreciation)
Insurance: You will be provided medical insurance for you and your dependents after 90 days of employment. We will contact you with the plan prior to the end of the 90 days. You will be required to contribute 50% for dependent coverage.
Annual Leave: You will receive 10 days of paid annual leave after one year of continuous employment with (company name). During the year you will receive (number) paid holidays of your choice, primarily to coincide with Taiwan’s national or traditional holidays. Please schedule these days in advance with your supervisor.
Sample IV
Insurance: (company name) will pay the medical insurance, welfare pension, unemployment insurance and labor accident insurance.
Extra Leave: (company name) provide 14 days extra leave within one year.
Annual Leave: After you have finished a probationary period of one month, you will be entitled to 7 working days annual leave in the first year of employment calculated from the date you started employment. As much notice as possible should be given to the manager prior to taking leave. You are advised not to take leave during the high season.
Unpaid Leave: The company reserves the right to refuse any application for unpaid leave, particularly if it is requested during the high season. Any entitlement to a Chinese New Year Bonus or any other bonuses, which should otherwise have been payable, will not accrue for periods in which any unpaid leave have been taken.
Sick Leave: If you are absent through illness for more than one working day, you must provide a certificate from a registered physician. You must also present a certificate form our physician for any sick leave during your period of notice. The Company reserves the right not to pay you any sick leave not supported by the requisite certificate. If you have to take sick leave, you must notice one of your superiors at the earliest practicable opportunity.
Sample V
Car Allowance: You will also be granted a car allowance of NT$______ per month ’ 12 months.
Annual Leave: Your annual leave will be 10 working days per year for the service of 1 to 5 years. Annual leave for more than 5 years of service will be in accordance with Labor Standards Law.
Insurance & Fringe Benefits: In addition to the government requirements, you will also be covered by the company group term life / benefits policy.
Sample VI
Annual Leave: The Employee will be entitled to 7 days of leave after one year employment with the company plus Taiwan Statutory holidays, in accordance with Taiwan Labor Standard Law.
Term Life Insurance: The company will cover the cost of temporary Life Insurance for the amount equals to one annual salary, for an actual period of a business trip. The insurance premium is to be charged to the Company as regular business expenses.
Medical Benefits: The Employee will be insured in accordance with applicable laws of Taiwan National Insurance. The Premiums will be paid by the Employee and by the Company, according to the Taiwan Labor Law.
Sample VII
Once you have completed your first year, you are also entitled to 15 working days of annual leave. Furthermore, (company name) also provides you with labor insurance, national health insurance, company medical & life program and company contribution fund as a part of the compensation package.
Sample VIII
Car Allowance: You will be eligible to participate in (company name)’s Automobile Plan which would provide you a car allowance of NT$_________ per month or a transportation allowance of NT$_______ per month depending on whether the requirements are met should you decide to join the plan.
Annual Leave: No leave can be taken for the first twelve months of your employment. After this period, you will be entitled to seven working days’ leave which should be taken before the end of the year after the first anniversary of your employment. Thereafter, you will be entitled to seven working days’ leave plus extra two days during the Chinese New Year Holiday per year which should be taken at a time mutually convenient to you and the company. Leave cannot be accumulated from one year to the next year. Payment in lieu is subject to management’s approval only.
Medical Insurance: you and your family will be covered by (company name)’ Group Plan.
Labor/National Health Insurance: You will be covered by government labor/national health insurance on the day you commence work with this company.
Sample IX
Leave Entitlement: Your annual leave will be 15 days per annum or pro-rata for part thereof in accordance with the leave policy of the Company.
Benefits: You will be enrolled in the Company’s Group Insurance Scheme. You will also be enrolled in Taiwan Labor Insurance and National Health Insurance. The Company will make employer contributions. You will be required to make any necessary employee contributions which will be deducted from your gross monthly salary. You will be eligible to participate in the Company’s pension scheme.
