Salary and Bonus ( 10 Samples )
Sample I
Your salary will be NT$_______ per month ’ 13 months. The thirteenth month will be paid at Chinese New Year.
You will participate in the (company name) performance bonus scheme. The bonus amount will be calculated based on your actual performance achievement.
Sample II
Salary
  • The Company shall pay the employee a base salary of NT$________ per year divided into twelve (12) monthly payments. The base monthly salary is NT$______.
  • The base salary will be paid to employee bank account in Taipei.
  • The base salary will be reviewed annually during the first two weeks of February.
Performance Bonus
  • The Employee will be entitled to a semi-annual Performance Bonus,according to the attainment of the objectives and company performance.
  • The bonus is payable upon completion of the Performance Review, in July and in February of each year.
  • The bonus will be paid to employee bank account in Taipei.
Sample III
Your annual salary will be NT$_______. The salary will be paid per calendar month on the 10th day of each month. Your salary will be reviewed at the completion of the year of employment. The review will depend on your performance and the company’s sales record in each year.
Sample IV
You will be paid at annual rate of NT$________ paid monthly (on the 28th) by wire transfer.
In addition, you will be eligible for Sales commissions per a separate sales commission plan.
Sample V
The commencing salary is NT$________ per monthly period.
This salary includes the holiday pay and overtime compensation.
The employee’s next salary review date is (date).
The employee will be paid a year end bonus equals to two month’s salary if he has completed a full calendar year’s service. The bonus will not be paid should the employee leave the company during the calendar year.
During the first year of service, the year end bonus will be paid on a pro-rata basis according to the employee’s service length and with reference to the last salary hold during the calendar year.
The salary shall be paid in the last working day of each month.
Sample VI
Your starting base salary will be NT$________ per month. Your performance and salary will normally be reviewed in an annual basis.
You are eligible to participate in (company name)’s Sales Incentive Program. This program provides payments upon your achievement of certain levels of performance against your fiscal year sales goal and for over-achievement of this goal.
Sample VII
You will receive an initial base salary of NT$_______ per month. A formal performance review will be conducted in 12 months and based on your performance, a merit increase may be authorized.
In addition, you will receive an annual fixed bonus of 2 months base salary payable in December of each calendar year. The fixed bonus will be prorated for (year) based on length of service in (year).
Sample VIII
The starting salary is NT$__________ per month.
You are entitled to a 13th month bonus after every full year of service. If you resign prior to the end of current year, you will not be entitled to the pro-rata bonus.
Sample IX
Salary
NT$______ per month payable in arrears. Please note that your salary is to be kept in the strictest confidential and should only be discussed with your supervisor. Discussion your salary among colleague is subjected to disciplinary action including prolonging our increase period. Your next salary review will be on (date).
Performance Bonus
You will be paid a bonus equivalent to 1/2 month salary on Dragon and Moon Festivals, and 2 months salary on Chinese New Year. (Employees who have served under twelve months by end of December in a calendar year will be receive a pro-rata payment).
Sample X
Salary
Your salary has been set to the annual rate of NT$___________ on 14 months basis with 2 months being paid before Chinese new year for a complete month of service or pro-rata for part thereof. It is the policy of the Company that salaries are reviewed on (date) annually.
Performance Bonus
You will be eligible to be considered to receive a performance related bonus each year based on your performance during the calendar year ending 31st December. This bonus is granted at the sole discretion of the management and accordingly you shall have no contractual entitlement whatsoever. The granting of this performance bonus, which is disbursed during the first quarter of the subsequent year, is discretionary as to the amount and shall not accrue in proportion to service or form part of the salary for the purpose of termination, retirement fund and/or any other benefits.
