Sample I
Any projects including both those that are completed and not completed, that you produce on the job or are created because of the job, shall be the intellectual property of (company name)
Sample II
You agree and confirm that all the copyright to any work of authorship which you may produce during your term of employment with the Company during regular or overtime hours or under the direction of or using the facilities or equipment of the Company and that you shall not claim any rights or interest in such work of authorship, nor shall you take any steps/actions that will affect or damage the Company’s right or interests in the work.

You agree that you will at the request and expense of the Company:
- give and supply all information and assistance that may be reasonably necessary to enable the Company to use the intellectual property to its best advantage and
- execute all documents that may be necessary or desirable for obtaining patent or other appropriate protection for the intellectual property in such parts of the world as may be specified by the Company.
You should be aware that you may not for any purpose whatsoever use any such intellectual property in any way other than in the immediate interest of the Company unless you obtain proper written permission.
In this document “intellectual property” includes but is not limited to patents, trade marks, service marks, design rights, inventions, improvements to procedures and confidential information arising or existing anywhere in the world.
Sample IV
All trade secrets, inventions, writings and other confidential information developed or created by or with your assistance during your employment by the Company in the context of the Company’s business or related activities are the property of the Company and such rights or interest in any such property or information, if any, that you may have are prescribed by the law.
