Alex Hsu

General Manager of MGR Taiwan

Alex Hsu serves as General Manager of MGR Taiwan, Pasona Asia Group. Prior to joining Pasona Group, he worked for American Express as the Human Resources Manager. Mr. Hsu has almost 20 years experience in Human Resources. Since 1991 he joined Pasona, has been leading the executive search team in Taiwan and other branches in Asia Pacific, including Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore. His remarkable performance won him the “Pasona Manager of the Year” award. In addition, he has written three best-selling books which are still on the market: “Be popular in Market” (1998), “Top 100 Questions for Job Interview” (1999) and “Be a Super Job –Hunter in E-Era” (2000), etc. Alex received his BBA from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and holds his Master in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University in USA.

Eric Lin - Deputy General Manager

Eric Lin serves as Deputy General Manager and High-Tech Talent Search. More than15 years of experience in MOEA( Ministry of Economic Affairs department of Industrial Technology), ITRI/MIRL and Gorilla Technology. Eric devoted himself in project management and mechanical design, including computer aided design for CNC Machine Center, semiconductor equipment design for Wire Bonder, Die Bonder, Flip Chip Bonder and semiconductor packaging process for Flip Chip package. Eric also spent several years implementing and KM consulting. Eric earned his Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and Master in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University in USA.

A.Y. Lee - Sr. Consultant

A.Y. Lee serves as Sr. Consultant. He has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining Pasona Group, he has worked for RCA, GE, Harris Semiconductor, Carrier, Nestle and Lucent being a HR Chief. With the significant experience in HR field, A.Y. enables to consult clients in establishing the integrated human resource system and global talent acquisition and retention. Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor form National Cheng Kung University.

Cindy Chin - Director

Cindy Chin serves as IT and HR Talent Search. Prior to joining MGR, Ms. Chin worked at Glaxo, Seagate Technology, etc. as counselor and was expert in IT infrastructure, application development, voice system, e-business, and customer service. Because of Cindy’s professional experience in IT field for many years, she can supply clients the accurate suggestion for the IT executive talent. Ms. Chin earned her Bachelor in Computer Science from Providence University and a Master in Software Engineering from National University in USA.

Suzanne Chou - Director

Suzanne Chou serves as Finance and Accounting Talent Search. Ms. Chou has 20 years of solid work experience in Office Administration Manager, Special Assistant for reputable companies, including Walt Disney, Sherwood Hotel, Echo Publish Co. Sherwood Inc. (was known as Adidas’ sole agency in Taiwan) , etc. She joined MGR since 1998. Ms. Chou develops strong associations and network with both company-clients and Member-clients and be able to offer efficient and quality of service to clients. Ms. Chou earned her Bachelor in English Language & Literature from Fu-Jen Catholic University.

Ken Ko - Director

Ken Ko servers as High-Tech Talent Search. Prior to join MGR, Ken has been 15 years career over several famous high-tech companies, like Digital Equipment Corp., Philips, and a local top research firm Topology Research. His working experience covered high-tech R&D, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, sales and marketing. With outstanding background and solid research/consultant skill, Ken can enlarge clients the best competitiveness. Ken holds a Bachelor degree from National Taipei University of Technology and a Master degree from State University of New York. Both are majoring in Mechanical Engineering.

Tony Wu - Director

Tony Wu is currently heading the high-tech team's for MGR. Tony has more than 23 years experiment in high-tech industry, working companies including ITRI, UMC Group, AIPTEK Group. Tony devoted himself in Tech-transfer, Administration/ HR, Strategies Planning; These years focus on Group-development-including the New-biz development, Strategies Alliance, Succession project, and Audit jobs. Tony earned his bachelor in Electric Engineer/ Industrial Management from National Taipei Industrial College & Taiwan University of Industrial Science and master in MBA from National Chiao-Tung University in Hsinchu.

Linda Pao - Manager

Linda Pao serves as Finance and Accounting Manager. Ms. Pao has accumulated over 20 years of working experience in accounting, administration, human resource, and management, including in Ciba-Geigy, Hoechst, Cargill, Hercules Taiwan Chemical Ltd.. etc. Linda devoted herself in her professionals and has much experience in the computer systematic transforms, such as Sun A/c, JDE, SAP, and MAPIC. With the significant experience, Linda Pao can contribute excellent and professional service. Ms Pao earned her Accounting Bachelor in Soochow University.

Henry Wang - Manager

Henry Wang serves as High-Tech R & D Talent Search. Prior to joining MGR, Mr. Wang employed by UMC, TSMC, Promise Technology and Micronics Co. Mr. Wang had over 12 years experience in computer and semiconductor industry. With his expertise, he is qualified to provide Hi-tech clients with the most efficient and professional selection service. Mr. Wang received his Bachelor in Control Engineering from The National Chiao-Tung University and Master in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University in USA.

Morris C.C. Peng - Manager

Morris C.C. Peng serves as High-Tech Sales and Marketing Talent Search. Prior to joining MGR, Morris had working experience for over 17 years(supported ERP Package Implementation solution for 2 years), almost 15 years in the field of sales & Marketing(&10 years at managerial level),and in well-known & public listed companies, such as Computer Associates(CA Taiwan) & FIC Group(First International Computer, Inc & LEO SYSTEMS INC.) . With his expertise & background, he is capable of selecting Sales and Marketing professionals to clients in Hi-tech(&IT) industry. Morris earned his Bachelor degree in Industrial Management from the National Taiwan University of Science &Technology (NTUST) in 1988.

K C Wang - Manager

With 38 years of banking experience, K C is familiar with various financing products and general management skills provided by not only local banks in Taiwan and CitiGroup but also those international financial institutions. Particularly, during the period of working with Citibank Taipei Branch for 23 years, K C created his strong relationship with majority of financial institutions and was also familiar with the needs of his clients in market in term of organization and human resource. Therefore, K C would like be a professional match maker running the bridge function between the employer and talents of financial human resource market.

Nancy Chen - Manager

Nancy Chen holds a Bachelor degree from National Taiwan University and a Master degree of Economics from Duke University, USA. She has worked Acer Peripherals Inc., BenQ Corporation and Systex Corporation as high-level managerial positions of Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Branding, Corporate Communications, and Information Technology for more than 15 years.

Cathy Wang - Manager

Ms. Cathy Wang serves in consumer product industry talent search, especially for FMCG. companies. She acquired her bachelor degree of Business Administration in National Cheng-chi University and MBA degree in National Sun Yat-Sen University. Before joining MGR in 2006, Ms. Wang worked in Wei-Chuan, Novartis and Wyeth as marketing expert.

Mr. Rory Chen has an EMBA degree of Chang Gung University. Before joining MGR, Rory worked in Misumi Taiwan, Collimage International, Yung Gee Builder, Fu Tsan Printing Co. He has near 20 years experience in die & mold, automation, electro-optics, laser, LCOS, LCD, wafer, RFID, water and power engineering, printing, and desktop computer related fields.

Paul Lien - Manager

Mr. Paul Lien earned his Bachelor degree in Industrial Management from the National Taiwan University of Science & Technology (NTUST). Paul serves for High-Tech Industry Talent Search. Prior to joining MGR, Paul worked at CTCI, Kodak Taiwan Ltd., and Sino Promise Taiwan as Sales Director with 20 years working experiences in franchise development, sales and marketing, and created remarkable sales record of FMCG, equipment and chemical products.
